Dr. Tadios Belay works with the Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI), a prominent human rights and Black immigration advocacy organization that educates and engages African American and black immigrant communities to organize and advocate for racial, social and economic justice. In 2014, Dr. Tadios founded the African Civil Rights Center, a SanFrancisco-Bay Area based community organization established to advocate for racial, economic, social and civil rights for African and Caribbean immigrants in San Francisco Bay Area.
