This advertisement is in response to LACMTA’s DBE Program. LA3 Team intends to conduct itself in “Good Faith” with DBE firms regarding participation on this project. Quotes are required by COB, April 30, 2018 so that all bids/proposals can be fairly evaluated. Please submit bids/proposals for the following areas of work: Project Manager, Environmental, Project Control, Hazardous Waste, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Environmental Construction, Stormwater, Air Quality, Environmental Design, Environmental Planning, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Analyst/Inspector, GIS, Project Management and Other Technical Training, Office Engineer, Facilities Manager, Resource Conservation, and Marketing.
