The 16TH Annual Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles Announces Lineup and Gala Screenings

The Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) announced has announced its galas and 2018 lineup of narrative and documentary features as well as short films for its 16th annual festival. The festival is widely recognized as the premiere showcase of groundbreaking Indian cinema globally. IFFLA will take place April 11-15, 2018 at Regal L.A. LIVE: A Barco Innovation Center in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles-Don’t be fooled into believing that there isn’t much to do in Los Angeles. This past weekend, February 16th-19th was mind blowing with all of the events, activities taking place throughout the City of Angels.

I was most fortunate to be invited to a screening of Back to Natural: A Documentary Film. The film screening and brunch was hosted by LA Naturals the largest natural hair meetup group on the West Coast consisting of 1,300 members.

“Love Jacked”, A film by Alfons Adetuyi To Open 26th Annual Pan African Film Festival

PAFF 2018 opens its doors to a film by Alfons Adetuyi, “Love Jacked” on opening night. A warm family comedy centered around Maya, a headstrong 28-year-old with artistic ambitions and her father Ed, who wants a dutiful daughter to run the family store. Ed is shocked when Maya, asserting her independence, decides to travel to Africa for inspiration and returns with a fiancé.
