The conversation unfolded in Los Angeles during the NO-HO Festival (Nollywood-Hollywood), founded in 2018 by Nigerian-American filmmaker Ose Oyamendan as a cultural bridge between two industries. “It’s been very difficult,” Dakore admitted. “The doors are not open.”
