Groundbreaking Non-Profit and Beauty Brand Join Forces to Inspire Women Worldwide
BEVERLY HILLS, CA – December 11, 2023 – Shalini Vadhera, founder of Power Beauty Living (PBL), a newly established 501c3 non-profit organization, proudly announced its launch and the unveiling of the groundbreaking campaign, “We Don’t Pass Judgement, We Pass The Baton” at a special event held on December 7, 2023. The transformative initiative, in collaboration with the revolutionary beauty brand Ready Set Jet, aims to power up women’s beauty, business, and achieve balance in their lives.
The glamorous launch event, held at a private mansion in the heart of Beverly Hills, brought together top global thought leaders, celebrities, media, influencers, and advocates for an evening dedicated to celebrating women’s empowerment.

The campaign kicked off with a star-studded event, featuring keynote speakers, including Francesca Cartier Brickell. The best-selling author of ‘The Cartiers: The Untold Story of The Family Behind The Jewelry Empire’ also took part in a special book signing for guests, who also enjoyed a display of rarely seen jewels from the Cartier empire.
A symbolic baton-passing ceremony to the event’s junior hostesses was a highlight of the evening. Attendees had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the ethos of Power Beauty Living and Ready Set Jet, leaving with a renewed sense of purpose and connection.
Ready Set Jet’s Beauty Batons, a one-of-a-kind creation, serves as the emblem for women to “pass the baton” to each other. Each Beauty Baton is a testament to the strength, resilience, and unity of women around the globe.
