TIP 1- DETERMINATION
This is the right attitude you should apply regarding your body’s health, no matter
what physical condition you are currently in.
You may have heard of the terminology, “Mind over Body”
This states where your mind goes your body will eventually follow.
TIP 2-POSITIVE THINKING 
I believe by shifting your thoughts from negative to positive, even if they seem wrong at the time, you are programming your body with the right tools so that you will be able to experience great success in the long run.
Whatever you focus on the most will eventually show up in your life.
Ask yourself often; what thoughts I am I having right now? When you catch yourself thinking thoughts that you actually don’t want for yourself, you need to know that YOU have the power to just simple change them and think a positive thought instead.
Example: You are standing in front of a mirror looking at yourself and like always you get this strange feeling in your stomach and you tell yourself.
I am so fad and out of shape I can’t handle it anymore.
This is the perfect opportunity to change your thought process and turn this particular thought into a positive one.
Tell yourself instead: I am aware of my current situation, but this is not going to break me. I am beautiful and I deserve to look it as well.
Get excited, belief you can change, visualize and see yourself already in the body you will become.
Does it not make sense that you will have to change in order to get
a different outcome than your previous?
Tell yourself often: FOR THINGS TO CHANGE I MUST CHANGE
Remember! Where your mind goes your body will eventually follow.
What you focus on you will attract.
Tip 3-WRITTEN GOALS

When it comes to long-term goals it is especially important that you put them in writing and that you often repeat and contemplate them by surrounding yourself by the things you want to achieve. The more you do that the faster you will get to your goal.
TIP 4-VISUALIZING YOUR GOAL
Visualizing yourself in the perfect body is also very important so you know exactly how you would like to look. Perhaps cut out a picture of a person’s body that you would like to look like and tape it somewhere where you see it often.
All these tips can help you lead your body to success and especially to a
happier and longer life.
